We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Assistant Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in business development and a passion for achieving targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Business Development
• Experience with well-reputed organizations
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Target-driven, proactive, and result-oriented mindset
• Must be punctual, well-groomed, and professionally presentable

Salary Package:

• PKR 65,000 – 80,000 (based on experience and performance)
• Attractive commission structure

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Meet and exceed sales targets
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution
