Assistant Buyer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor sales and maintain optimal stock levels
  • Prepare and manage daily Purchase Orders
  • Coordinate with vendors for pricing, quality, and delivery
  • Support product launches with marketing and maintain trackers
  • Analyze trends, competitors, and slow-moving stock

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business / Supply Chain or related field
  • 1–3 years experience in buying, merchandising, or procurement (Retail/E-commerce preferred)
  • Advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Reporting)
  • Strong English communication skills
