Assistant Chef
About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Assistant Chef to join our culinary team in Saudi Arabia. As an Assistant Chef, you will support the Head Chef in preparing high-quality dishes and maintaining kitchen operations. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your culinary skills in a dynamic environment within the food & beverage industry.
- Assist in preparing and cooking menu items according to recipes and standards
- Ensure food quality and presentation are consistently high
- Maintain a clean and organized work station
- Monitor food inventory and assist with ordering supplies
- Follow all food safety and hygiene procedures
- Support the Head Chef in menu planning and development
- Assist with training new kitchen staff
- Proven experience as an Assistant Chef or similar role
- Knowledge of various cooking methods and ingredients
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Culinary diploma or equivalent certification is a plus
- Must be eligible to work in Saudi Arabia
- Competitive salary (2000–2500 SAR per month)
