Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at The First Residence is looking for a talented and experienced " Assistant Chief Engineer " who shares our passion for excellence and is enthusiastic about creating the ultimate experience.

About the role:

What You Bring

1.The ability to follow proper payroll and uniform procedures.

2. Communicating the goals of the company to all engineers and professionals in the team.

3. Supervising every phase of the project from start to completion.

4. Calculating costs, material, labor, and time required for each project.

5. Approving designs and budgets.

6. following the Pending Purchasing Progress and Grantee

7. Delegating tasks to engineering teams.

8. Performing quality control checks on all systems and products.

9. Quickly resolving disputes between staff.

10. Acknowledging or rewarding good work.

11. Analyzing data and drafting reports for review.

12 Reviewing the Daily Utilities readings and make Daily analysis for Utilities consumption.

13. Daily review for Morning / Afternoon Check Lists.

14. Following the Engineering Departmental on job Training Schedule.

15. Following The Engineering Preventive Maintenance Program.

16. The ability to maintain and re-lamp all lamps in the hotel, including socket repair and replacement.

17. The ability to clean all stations in Engineering and maintain a neat and organized department.

18. The ability to respond to all guest complaints regarding the maintenance of their room or public area in a timely manner.

19. The ability to repair and troubleshoot guest room and public area Fan Coil Units.

21. The ability to assist engineers on major shutdowns for repairs.

22. Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in Empact.
