Assistant Chief Medical Officer (ACMO)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily activities of clinical departments to ensure operational efficiency, high-quality care, and patient safety.
• Monitor and improve clinical performance metrics and patient outcomes.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to medical staff and department heads.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and internal policies.
• Promote innovation in clinical practices and support the integration of evidence-based medicine.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, clinical audits, and patient safety programs.
• Represent the medical team in administrative meetings and coordinate with hospital management.

Qualifications:

• MBBS with Valid PMDC license.
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or administrative role.
• Strong knowledge of hospital operations, healthcare regulations, and medical ethics.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
