We are seeking an Assistant Company Secretary to support our growing compliance and corporate governance functions. The ideal candidate will manage statutory filings, regulatory documentation, and coordination with authorities to ensure full legal and procedural compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and file ROC forms, annual returns, and other statutory submissions.
  • Assist in ensuring compliance under the Companies Act, 2013 and allied regulations.
  • Draft, review, and maintain corporate and legal documents.
  • Support RBI and SEBI-compliance related activities and follow-up processes.
  • Coordinate with regulatory bodies for licensing and approvals.
  • Maintain statutory registers, minutes, resolutions, and related records.
  • Assist in secretarial audits, internal audits, and compliance checks.
  • Track regulatory updates and implement required compliance actions.
  • Support corporate governance initiatives and board-related processes.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong working knowledge of corporate and securities laws.
  • Good drafting skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple compliance timelines efficiently.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office and statutory filing portals (MCA, SEBI, RBI).
