About the Role:

To design, develop, propose, and implement a suitable employee compensation and benefits scheme by ensuring & external pay equity in order to attract, reward, motivate and retain employees.

Requirement:

Potential candidate must meet the requirements mentioned below:

• Bachelor's degree in in Human Resources Management/Statistics/Mathematics or related field.
• 5 years of experience in C&B, and well versed with statistical analysis
• Excellent and effective use of Excel
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic & English
