Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Contract Manager to support our contracting operations with air and non-air suppliers. The ideal candidate will assist in managing supplier relationships, negotiating rates, and ensuring contracts are accurately maintained to support our growing travel portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in contracting and managing relationships with air and non-air suppliers.
• Support contract negotiations, including rates, terms, allotments, and special offers.
• Maintain and update supplier contracts, rate sheets, and databases accurately.
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, reservations) to ensure contract compliance and availability.
• Monitor contract performance and highlight opportunities for improvement or cost optimization.
• Assist in resolving supplier-related issues and discrepancies.
• Prepare reports, summaries, and documentation related to contracts and suppliers.
• Ensure all contracts align with company standards and business objectives.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Previous experience in contracting, travel operations, or supplier management (travel industry experience preferred).
• Knowledge of air and non-air travel suppliers is an advantage.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously.
• Proficiency in MS Office and contract management systems.
• Arabic-speaking candidates are an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
