Key Responsibilities
- Monitor daily food cost % using Odoo reports and dashboards
- Manage inventory in Odoo (raw materials, semi-finished, finished goods, packaging)
- Perform stock movements, adjustments, and reconciliations in the system
- Conduct regular physical stock counts and compare with Odoo inventory records
- Maintain and update recipe costing (Bill of Materials - BoM) in Odoo
- Track Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) and analyze variances
- Identify and reduce wastage, spoilage, and inefficiencies
- Validate and process purchase orders, vendor bills, and receipts in Odoo
- Coordinate with procurement for supplier pricing and cost optimization
- Generate daily/weekly/monthly cost reports from Odoo
- Support menu pricing and profitability analysis
- Ensure accurate data entry and system integrity
Odoo-Specific Responsibilities
- Maintain product master data (UOM, costing method, categories)
- Manage standard vs. actual costing in Odoo
- Configure and monitor inventory valuation (FIFO / Average Cost)
- Use Odoo modules:
- Inventory
- Purchase
- Accounting
- Manufacturing (for recipe/BoM)
- Generate reports such as:
- Stock Valuation
- Inventory Aging
- COGS Analysis
- Purchase Analysis
