The Assistant Director, Clinical Educator in Natural Family Planning (NFP) is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing the provision of educational activities and courses for physicians and other advanced practice healthcare professionals. Works with their leader to affect organizational growth and financial sustainability. This role demonstrates philosophic adoption of NFP only medical practice in line with the Institute mission and vision.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Develop and oversee educational offerings for healthcare professionals interested in learning the Marquette Method but not desiring to complete the full Marquette Method Teacher Training course.

2. Develop and oversee educational offerings for healthcare professionals interested in learning the Marquette Method and becoming certified as a medical consultant for the method.

3. Manage and oversee the Medical Applications course.

4. Serve as a medical resource and primary liaison for medical professionals and medical organizations interested in the Marquette NFP TM Method

5. Work with the Institute Director to obtain CME credits for the Marquette Method courses and any new courses for physicians, advanced practice nurses and other healthcare professionals.

6. Facilitate physician engagement nationally and internationally.

7. Collaborate with international partners to offer the Marquette Method Medical Applications course.

8. Assist the Institute Director in strategic planning, budgeting, and development of revenue sources and have an active working relationship with the Institute Advisory Board.

9. Assist the Institute Director in fundraising, marketing, communication, and public relations.

10. Provide and manage a yearly budget specific to the Medical Applications course.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Doctoral/advanced degree in health care, preferably nursing or medical.

Licensed Woman’s Healthcare Physician, Advanced Practice Nurse or active provider license in good standing with their licensing board.

A minimum of 4 years of related experience.

Commitment to the mission, vision, and values of the Boland Institute.

Strong interpersonal and administrative skills.

Experienced with clinical and/or educational standards in women’s health.

Extensive knowledge of Natural Family Planning (NFP) specifically the Marquette Method.

Leadership and management experience in the healthcare, higher education, or nonprofit sectors.

Commitment to continued development of excellence in teaching, research, leadership, and service in NFP evidence-based practice.
