Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to develop, implement, and evaluate policies, procedures, and programs that promote exceptional patient care

• Provide leadership and guidance to the nursing staff, fostering a culture of open communication, teamwork, and respect

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to optimize patient outcomes

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and internal policies

• Provide direct patient care as needed, utilizing clinical expertise and knowledge to make informed decisions

• Mentor and coach staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge

• Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation to ensure efficient use of resources

Requirements:

• Current RN licensure in the State of Illinois

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field

• Strong clinical knowledge and expertise in nursing practices and procedures

• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
