We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Assistant Dispatcher to support our operations team. This role plays a key part in keeping jobs organized, ensuring work orders are processed efficiently, and helping move projects from dispatch to billing.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform general clerical duties including data entry, filing, and document management
  • Assist dispatchers with creating and updating work orders
  • Help track job progress to ensure timely completion and billing
  • Communicate with customers as needed regarding job status, scheduling, and basic inquiries
  • Maintain organized and accurate records

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-focused mindset and the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
  • Ability to think critically and develop creative, practical solutions.
  • Valid driver’s license required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
