We are hiring Full-Time and Part-Time positions which include some work from home opertunities.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming calls via multi-line phone systems, providing exceptional phone etiquette and clear communication to customers, drivers, and service providers.
• Dispatch towing vehicles promptly
• Coordinate with management to assign appropriate tow trucks based on location, vehicle type, and urgency.
• Track and update real-time data
• Maintain accurate data entry records for all dispatch activities, including logs of inbound/outbound vehicles.
• Computer Data Entry
• Math Skills
• Monitor transportation planning metrics to optimize routes, reduce wait times, and improve overall efficiency in towing operations.

Experience

• Proven experience in dispatching.
• Familiarity with Quickbooks is a plus but not required
• Familiarity with Excel is a plus but not required
• Must be familiar with Anoka County
• Strong analysis skills
• Excellent communication skills coupled with professional phone etiquette & a personable attitude for engaging with customers and team members effectively.
• Ability to perform detailed data entry accurately while managing multi-line phone systems and customer interactions under pressure.
• Knowledge of vehicles and knowing the difference between all wheel, front wheel, ect.

Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour
