Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Operations

  • Team Supervision: Support and provide guidance to E-Commerce Associates, ensuring daily tasks align with overall department objectives.
  • Customer Excellence: Ensure top-tier customer service and prompt resolution of marketplace issues or customer inquiries.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay at the forefront of the market by researching industry trends, customer behaviors, and competitive activities to drive innovation.

Strategic Marketplace Growth & Management

  • Storefront Optimization: Lead the optimization of Amazon and Walmart storefronts to maximize conversion rates and organic rankings.
  • Product Listing Excellence: Manage and optimize product listings, conducting deep-dive keyword research to ensure maximum visibility and sales.
  • Platform Expansion: Identify and launch growth opportunities on additional platforms (e.g., eBay, Macy’s, Target+, or TikTok Shop).
  • Campaign Planning: Develop seasonal promotional calendars and coordinate large-scale sales events (Prime Day, Black Friday, etc.).
  • Performance Tracking: Continuously track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations.

Advanced Advertising & SEO

  • PPC Strategy & Execution: Oversee high-level advertising strategy and manage day-to-day campaigns on Amazon. Manage budgets to hit specific ROAS and ACoS targets.
  • SEO Implementation: Direct and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to both marketplaces and the company website.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Partner with the marketing team to refine ad campaigns and innovate the reporting process for better transparency and results.

Sales Analysis & Financial Reporting

  • Data-Driven Strategy: Analyze sales data to identify revenue and profitability opportunities; present regular reports on performance and key metrics to senior leadership.
  • Weekly/Monthly Reporting: Maintain and update comprehensive tracking reports for sales, product performance, and returns.
  • Senior Management Liaison: Assist the Senior Manager in developing long-term strategies and executing high-level business goals.

Advanced FBA, Logistics & Inventory

  • FBA Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive FBA shipment plans to ensure optimal stock levels and zero “out-of-stock” scenarios.
  • Inventory Coordination: Monitor inventory levels and work closely with the fulfillment team to ensure accurate order fulfillment across all channels.
  • Cost & Reconciliation: Monitor FBA storage fees and inbound shipping costs. Audit FBA shipments to identify lost/damaged inventory and manage the reimbursement process.

Requirements

  • Experience: 4+ years of experience in e-commerce, with expert-level knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Walmart Marketplace.
  • FBA Expertise: Proven track record in FBA shipment creation, inventory replenishment, and cost-effective logistics management.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in Google Workspace (specifically advanced Google Sheets/data analysis) and e-commerce SEO tools.
  • Leadership Qualities: Strong communication skills with the ability to lead a team and collaborate effectively with senior management.
  • Detail-Oriented: Exceptional organizational skills with a focus on cost management and data accuracy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $34.00 per hour
