Assistant E-Commerce Manager - GANT

For more than 35 years, Eren Perakende has been uniting world-renowned brands with consumers in Turkey. In 1990, the company partnered with Devanlay to begin the licensed production and distribution of Lacoste in Turkey. Since then, Eren Perakende has taken on the distributorship of global brands such as Burberry, Gant, Nautica, and Converse.


In 2008, the company launched its own retail concept with Occasion stores, followed by the introduction of the innovative SuperStep store concept in 2012. Embracing a multi-channel strategy in 2020, Eren Perakende expanded its online sales network and redefined the shopping experience through House of SuperStep, transforming retail into an experience-driven model.


Expanding its brand portfolio with names like Intersport, SuperKids, Fashfed, United4, Sanal Çadır and HeartBeat, Eren Perakende now operates in 25 countries, with over 8,000 employees, nearly 700 stores, and 17 digital platforms.


We are looking for an Assistant E-Commerce Manager to contribute to the growth journey of our premium lifestyle brand, GANT .



Job Description :


  • Oversee and manage key functional areas such as content management, product & site merchandising, operations, and online marketing to drive the performance of the Digital Flagship,
  • Collaborate closely with the Business Development, Marketing, and Customer Support teams,
  • Monitor overall site performance, sales, inventory, articles, campaigns, content, and operations on a daily basis,
  • Analyze sales performance regularly and prepare action plans based on insights,
  • Proactively replenish must-have products to ensure adequate stock levels.
  • Work in a fast-paced e-commerce environment, building strong functional skills in online merchandising,
  • Gain experience in global e-commerce practices and strategies



Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, or Business Administration (Master's degree is a plus),
  • 5-6 years of experience in e-commerce, retail planning & allocation, product/project management, or marketing roles,
  • Online trading background, preferably in an online fashion brand,
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English,
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Google Analytics,
  • Strong understanding of how digital channels drive traffic and conversion on sites,
  • Excellent communication skills, flexible, proactive, and detail oriented,
  • Strong reporting skills with a focus on solutions and attention to detail,
  • Understanding of basic financial KPIs and e-commerce analytics,
  • Excellent project management, time management, and reporting skills,
  • Experience with Content Management and Merchandising Systems, including the analysis of e-commerce merchandising and sales performance.
