About this opportunity:

We are now looking for a 1st Level Operations professional. This job role is responsible for the coordination, support, management, and execution of reactive/proactive maintenance activities to ensure that services provided to customers are continuously available and performing to Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance levels.

What you will do:

Monitoring of alerts via monitoring tools
TT creation within required SLA through TT creating tools.
Group mailbox handling.
Timely engagement of all the relevant stakeholders on an incident/outage.
Effective email communication and proper follow ups till incident closure.
Contribute & Participate for the overall improvement of the process.
Flashing of daily dashboards and reports as per desired frequency.
Flashing of MIN Notifications for the network outages.
Ensure that the escalations are routed to the correct responsible party without any delays.
Willing to work in shifts in 24*7 support team.

The skills you bring:

Must be proficient in basic telecommunication fundamentals.
Understanding the importance of SLA and RT
Essential good verbal and written communication Skills
Quick learner and flexible for Operations requirement
Good / Excellent knowledge of GSM call flow
Understanding of ITI
Basics Linux and Charging System Understanding
Ensuring KPI / SLA Fulfilment related to Network.
Maintenance 1st Level troubleshooting of the events taking place on the network.
