We are hiring for "Assistant Engineer Production"

Amreli Steels Limited is seeking the talented individual for the position of Assistant Engineer Production in Rolling Plant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be primarily responsible for executing daily production activities, ensuring product quality, supervising and delegating tasks to the workforce, troubleshooting production-related issues, maintaining operational records—all while strictly adhering to established safety protocols and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute production plans effectively according to standard operating procedures, lean manufacturing principles and ensure compliance.

Identify and suggest ways to improve the procedures to improve productions, quality and safety.

Ensure smooth operations of the rolling mill (WHF, rolling mill and handling area)

Execute Daily tasks delegated by Immediate Supervisor as per available SOPs

Supervision and assigning tasks to workers on daily basis

Trouble shooting activities related to production/ maintenance

Reporting of all activities on log book

Assist Immediate supervisor for generation of reports and data entry related to production

Maintain quality of product

Ensure proper housekeeping

Maintains safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulation

Key Requirements:

Education: B.E. Mechanical or I&M

Experience: At least 3-5 years of relevant experience

Location: Dhabeji - Karachi.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs75,000.00 per month
