The ideal candidate will be primarily responsible for executing daily production activities, ensuring product quality, supervising and delegating tasks to the workforce, troubleshooting production-related issues, maintaining operational records—all while strictly adhering to established safety protocols and procedures.

EDUCATION:

BE - Mechanical or I&M

EXPERIENCE:

3 - 5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing industry

SKILLS:

The ideal candidate should have production knowledge, strong troubleshooting skills, communicate effectively, and work under pressure in rotating shifts.
