Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated Assistant Engineer to support the follow-up and coordination of Mobile Generation Projects. The role focuses on coordinating with technical teams and contractors, monitoring site progress, and preparing accurate operational and status reports for management.

You will contribute to project execution by collecting and analyzing operational data, ensuring alignment with safety and quality standards, and supporting effective communication between stakeholders. This role provides valuable exposure to field operations, reporting, and project coordination within the energy sector.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Follow-up & Coordination

• Coordinate with technical teams and contractors to ensure execution in line with approved project plans

• Monitor on-site progress of mobile generation projects and track key milestones

• Prepare periodic status and progress reports for internal review

2. Operational Monitoring & Reporting

• Collect and analyze operational data from multiple project sites

• Prepare clear, accurate operational and performance reports in both Arabic and English

• Support management with timely insights and documentation related to project operations

Experience, Skills & Abilities

• Basic understanding of mobile generation or power-related projects

• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and operational reports

• Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to work effectively within a team

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Knowledge of safety and quality standards in engineering or construction environments

• Good communication skills in both Arabic and English

Qualifications

Essential:

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field (e.g., Jubail Industrial College)

• Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
