Vacancies:

Two Assitant Engineers will be immediately recruited to be part of our healthcare and materials science client sector who will provide technical support to ICeNd's global innovation efforts targeting industry, academic, government, and other science-related customers. This customer-focused position is appropriate for a technologist who wants to work with a dynamic team while showing the strength of our technology, assisting clients with characterization difficulties, and serving as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders. Working on cutting edge high-end nanofabrication devices and advanced theories, this person is exposed to a constant variety of client application areas while collaborating with the world's best scientists and laboratories.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform technical development in bioinformatics, control systems and mechanoelectronics
• Providing technical product expertise assistance during all phases of the innovation cycle.
• Understand specific instrument/applications issues, explaining complex technology details, giving in depth technical presentations, and assisting in applications development.
• Provide continuous feedback to the product groups on system performance, features, and potential problems while collaborating with marketing/development groups on future product developments.
• Act as a primary communication conduit to the manufacturing department by reporting engineering and production issues.
• Troubleshoot and report hardware issues and escalate as necessary.
• Provide feedback to engineering on system performance, features and problems.
• Recommend and advise on direction for potential applications consistent with customer requirements and technical feasibility.
• Provide technical support to our R&D and Manufacturing, Customer Service and other departments as required.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Typically requires a BE/BTech in preferably mechanical, electronics, electrical or instrumentation engineer or other similar fields
• Knowledge of advanced computational mathematics, low level language, embedded systems, operational optimization experience of analytical equipment will be useful
• Excellent, enthusiastic, clear communication skills, both written and verbal, with a diverse audience are essential to the success of this position.
• Basic understanding of neural network and its hardware implementation is a key requirement; we will consider applicants with strong understanding of either neural network or firmware programming or hold keen interests in these
• Training period will be two years - minimum serving peiod is four years; permanent position is possible if the performance is outstanding.
