Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and energetic Assistant / Senior Executive – HR who can actively contribute to employee engagement initiatives and support key HR functions. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of HR operations along with creative ideas to enhance workplace culture and employee satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and execute employee engagement activities, events, and initiatives.
- Assist in end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and performance tracking.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation accurately.
- Support the implementation of HR policies and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Coordinate with various departments to understand manpower needs and employee concerns.
- Handle grievance management and promote a healthy work environment.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, and assist in data analysis for decision-making.
- Participate in training, development, and internal communication activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- MBA or Postgraduate Degree in Human Resources (preferred).
- Minimum 4 years of experience in HR, especially in employee engagement and generalist functions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and HRMS tools.
- Positive attitude, creativity, and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
