Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and energetic Assistant / Senior Executive – HR who can actively contribute to employee engagement initiatives and support key HR functions. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of HR operations along with creative ideas to enhance workplace culture and employee satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and execute employee engagement activities, events, and initiatives.
  • Assist in end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and performance tracking.
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation accurately.
  • Support the implementation of HR policies and ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Coordinate with various departments to understand manpower needs and employee concerns.
  • Handle grievance management and promote a healthy work environment.
  • Prepare HR reports, MIS, and assist in data analysis for decision-making.
  • Participate in training, development, and internal communication activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • MBA or Postgraduate Degree in Human Resources (preferred).
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in HR, especially in employee engagement and generalist functions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and HRMS tools.
  • Positive attitude, creativity, and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
