Job Description

Position Overview-

We are seeking skilled and motivated AFM to support the operation andmaintenance of our critical systems including boiler, WTP, Heater. As anAssistant Facility Manage you will need to collaborate with Facility Manager toensure smooth functioning, safety and efficiency of this vital reequipments,contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities-

  • Equipment Operation- Assist in daily operation and monitoring of the Boiler, watertreatment plant, heater to ensure their efficient and uninterruptedperformance.
  • Maintenance Management-Coordinate and participate in the preventive and corrective maintenanceof boilers and allied equipment’s adhering to guideline and safety standards.
  • Troubleshooting- Identify and resolve potential issues, equipment malfunctions andother technical problems in a timely and efficient manner, minimizing downtime.
  • Safety Compliances-Implement and enforce all safety protocol and regulation. Conductregular safety inspection, checks and risk assessment.
  • Record Keeping-Maintain comprehensive and accuraterecords of equipment’s maintenance, repairs and operational data for future referencesand compliance purpose.
  • Spare part Inventory-Monitor and manages spares and consumable for boiler, WTP.
  • Team collaboration-Work closely with technician to ensure seamless coordination ofactivities and harmonious working environment.
  • Training and Development-Provide on job training to technician,
  • Emergency Response- Be prepared to respond promptly toemergencies related to boiler, WTP and heater.
  • Hands on experiences on VFD, motorproblem solving abilities.

Requirements-

EducationQualification - BE/DiplomaElectrical

Experience —Experience in operating andmaintaining boilers, utilities.

  • Technical Knowledge-Familiar with SCADA operation- E&I knowledge with respect TO SCADA,RTD, sensor, PLC, interlocks to resolve any electrical related issues. Hands onexperiences on VFD, motor problem solving abilities. Able to read wiringdiagram and knowledge about electrical switch gear, motor and starts,
  • Safety Conscious- Knows about safety interlock,knowledge about electrical safety rules and regulations. Understand safetyprotocols for trouble free operation of utilities.
  • Analytical Skill-Ability to analyse data, identify trend and make data driven decisionsto improve equipment performance
  • Communication skill-Excellent verbal and written communication with ability to conveytechnical information effectively to team.
  • Problem solving ability-Proven ability todiagnose and resolve complex electrical and instrumentation issues.
  • Team Player-Capable of working collaboratively with team and external vendors to achievecommon goals.
