Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Assistant Facility Manager to join our Facility Management team on the Qiddiya program.
What You'll Be Doing:
Liaise with the Community Services Center to understand and improve our customer experience and the nature of service requests raised.
Liaise with the Corporate Services and Corporate Administration teams to deliver feedback to suppliers.
Perform all other responsibilities as delegated by the Line Manager.
Informs themselves of the relevant Quality, Environmental, Safety and Occupational Health Policies, Manuals and Procedures in place within Parsons, and ensures continued compliance with these requirements while employed by Parsons.
Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager/supervisor.
What Desired Skills You'll Bring:
BSc degree in a relevant field.
At least 8 years of relevant working experience and proven track record in leading teams.
Experience in real estate, maintenance and facilities management.
Problem solving, decision-making, planning, communication, and time management.
Excellent written and verbal language skills in English & Arabic.
Excellent attention to detail.
Working with a range of stakeholders.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Microsoft office (Outlook, MS Word, Excel and Power Point).
Working knowledge of a standard CAFM system.
