We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support. The ideal candidate will manage daily operations, handle client communications, and ensure smooth workflow efficiency. Knowledge of basic accounting principles is a plus and will be considered an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Communication & Email Management:
- Respond promptly to client inquiries received through the company website.
- Draft, send, and follow up on professional emails to clients and stakeholders.
- Organize, prioritize, and manage incoming/outgoing emails, including filtering, flagging, and archiving for easy retrieval.
- Document Management:
- Create, edit, format, and proofread documents (e.g., reports, contracts, proposals).
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems for secure and efficient document storage.
- Accounting-Related Tasks (Preferred but Not Mandatory):
- Assist with basic bookkeeping, such as tracking expenses, preparing invoices, or reconciling simple accounts.
- Use tools like QuickBooks, Excel, or Google Sheets for financial tracking (knowledge in these areas is a plus and is not necessary).
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Urdu proficiency is a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) or Google (Docs, Sheet).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with email platforms (e.g., Gmail, Outlook) and project management tools.
- Basic knowledge of accounting software or principles is a strong advantage.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
