Position Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Officer to join our growing team at The Value Engineering. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who are eager to build a strong foundation in Human Resources. The ideal candidate will be passionate about people, organized in their work, and ready to support various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and record management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening, and scheduling interviews.
• Support the onboarding and induction of new employees to ensure a smooth transition.
• Maintain and update employee records in HR systems and databases.
• Assist in organizing training sessions, employee engagement activities, and HR events.
• Help prepare and manage HR documentation (offer letters, contracts, etc.).
• Support the performance management process and coordinate feedback cycles.
• Respond to basic employee queries and ensure HR policies are communicated effectively.
• Collaborate with the HR team on day-to-day administrative tasks and process improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 0–1 years of experience in an HR or related administrative role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good understanding of HR principles and recruitment processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
