HR Executive

Location: DHA Phase 2, Islamabad
Position: HR Executive
Education: BBA or MBA (Specialization in Human Resources)
Experience: 3–4 years (preferably in the construction or real estate sector)

Mustafa Developers is seeking a dynamic and competent HR Executive to join our team and contribute to the effective management and development of our human resources functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute end-to-end Recruitment and Selection processes, ensuring timely hiring for all positions.
• Manage Performance Management Systems, including goal setting, appraisals, and feedback processes.
• Design and implement Training & Development plans to enhance employee skills and productivity.
• Administer Compensation & Benefits programs in line with company policies and market benchmarks.
• Maintain and update employee records, HR documentation, and compliance with labor laws.
• Support management in developing and enforcing HR policies and procedures.
• Foster a positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HRM (BBA/MBA-HR) from a recognized institution.
• 3–4 years of proven experience in core HR functions — T&D, Performance Management, C&B, and Recruitment.
• Prior experience in the construction or real estate sector will be a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs65,000.00 - Rs85,000.00 per month
