Tier3Tech Support Ltd, was established in 2021. We provide a broad spectrum of IT services, including Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 and On-Premises IT infrastructural services. As we continue to grow, our company is now looking to expand the team of engineers and other roles required at the Islamabad office.

Due to our continuing growth, Tier3Tech Care is now recruiting a full-time HR person for 40 hours per week and the role is a hybrid role located remotely and at the Tier3Tech office in Islamabad.

This position in based in our Islamabad Office in Pakistan.

This is a full-time role, 5 days a week – Flexible working times

Role & Responsibilities

1. Responsibility for the full employee cycle from recruitment to exit interviews. This is the most critical part of the role to ensure the best employees are interviewed and ultimately the best people hired for the positions available at Tier3Tech

2. Manage the HR function and be the main point of contact between for staff and senior management.

3. Provide guidance and support to management on matters relating to recruitment,
performance management, disciplinary's , grievances, development plans,
organisational change.

4. Oversee, reconcile and be solely responsible for leave and attendance records management – includes query management.

5. Submit up to date, accurate and timely documentation for all employee changes as and when needed to N+1 for review and sign-off post employee onboarding.

6. Compliance and Documentation is a key requirement also. Keeping certain documents up to date and liaising with engineers is a critical part of this role

7. Support and assist with onboarding of new employees across all sites.

8. Organise and coordinate training sessions and HR events across all sites

9. Be the custodian of HR policies and SOPs for all office sites, ensuring compliance and employee understanding.

10. Conduct HR inductions for new hires to help manage workload when needed to ensure they are aligned with the company’s values, policies, and culture.

11. Supporting overall HR communication/coordination/processes and workflows as necessary from time to time.

12. Take a positive approach to employee relations issues to maintain a positive climate
within the company

13. Provide support and coaching to managers in terms of employment legislation and
dispute resolution.

14. Ensure that the company is compliant with all personal files on record.

15. Liaise with payroll as required on any pay related queries.

16. Ensure all HR policies and procedures are adhered to and up to date.

17. General Administration, responding to calls and dealing with issues on a day to day
basis.

18. Reviewing rosters and ensuring there is enough engineers available on any give day

19. Ensuring all annual leave and calendars for employees are up to date and accurate on a weekly basis.

20. Ensure all Tier3Tech employees follow the correct process for scheduling time-off and all time off accounted for

21. Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment

Technical Competencies

1. Degree in Human Resource Management or related qualification. Minimum 3 years of
Human Resource experience.

2. Strong interviewing skills and ability to assess the correct type of employee that fits the culture and needs of Tier3Tech

3. Strong team player, working as part of a small team based in Islamabad, Pakistan.

4.Timely and accurate maintenance of attendance, leave, and insurance records.

5.Successful coordination and timely completion of onboarding and recruitment tasks.

6.Effective management of documentation, ensuring up-to-date filing and secure storage of records.

7. Excellent communication skills and organisational skills.

8. Strong decision & problem solving skills and the ability to remain calm and objective at all times.

9. Strong phone, email and knowledge of Microsoft, Word, Excel.

Expected hours: 40 per week

  • HR Administrator: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Human Resources qualification (required)
