Assistant Finance Manager – Costing

Process/Operational

• Ensure accurate Product costing through periodic cost runs
• Costing & value chain analysis for all NPDs
• Preparation of Plant Efficiency reports & month-end MIS reports
• Monitoring production costs and analyzing variances between Budget and actual costs
• Preparation of Cost Benefit Analysis & Validation of Cost savings
• Control over BoMs & recipes & assure their accuracy in the system
• Calculate and monitor yield analysis and process losses
• Updating of monthly conversion cost report
• Conduct timely physical stock verification & inform the reasons for variances
• Evaluation of Slow moving/Non-moving stocks and ensure proper provisions
• Preparation of weekly Stock position & Mark to Market report
• Assisting the Manager during month-end closing, Budgets, Quarterly presentations & Project evaluations
• Any other Ad-hoc reports required

Education & Experience

• Certified Management Accountant (CMA) / Chartered Accountant (CA)
• 3-5 years of experience in Costing with at least 2 years in a large organization handling Plant costing.

Specific Knowledge

• Mandatory experience in SAP – CO module
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Fluency in English, Arabic knowledge is added advantage
