Assistant Financial Controller

Main Responsibilities:

• Financial Controlling:
• You will gain experience in supporting the proper planning process (Budget, Forecast) in line with group/company timings, primarily focusing on distributor markets.
• You will assist the Finance Manager with the month end closing processes, preforming cycles, working on material ledger reconciliations, and ensuring smooth month-end closure. You will also gain insight and assist in trade spend management, tracking accruals and promos actuals against the planned numbers.
• Additionally, you will support the preparation of monthly meetings for Business Reviews and develop advanced financial analyses aimed at optimizing the business performance of the markets; addressing both the portfolio and the channel/customer mix.

Who we are looking for:

To excel in this role, you should hold a bachelor s degree in finance or accounting, possess strong interpersonal skills, and demonstrate a good sense of commercial and analytical mindset.

A team-player and result driven, with a good balance between pragmatism & detail orientation.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and fluency in English are also essential.
