Responsibilities
- Oversee all spa, salon, and fitness facilities, ensuring standards of excellence, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.
- Create and deliver engaging wellness and fitness programs that enhance the guest experience and reflect the brand's holistic philosophy.
- Manage day to day operations, including front desk, locker rooms, relaxation lounge, treatment rooms, and retail spaces.
- Coordinate equipment maintenance, housekeeping, laundry, and engineering to ensure functional, clean, and safe environments.
- Lead, train, and supervise spa staff, fostering a motivated work environment, conducting performance evaluations, and implementing staff development strategies.
- Host regular staff meetings to share hotel updates, policies, and strategies for enhancing sales and service.
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences by upholding luxury service standards, responding promptly to feedback, and coordinating group bookings and on site spa tours for planners and VIPs.
- Manage retail operations, including purchasing, inventory control, and product selection aligned with guest preferences and spa themes.
- Assist in financial management, including forecasting, budgeting, cost control, and reporting to maintain operational efficiency.
- Contribute to planning and execution of PR events, promotions, and local initiatives to drive guest engagement and revenue.
- Maintain adherence to Four Seasons Category One and Two Work Rules, safety standards, and hazard free environment for staff and guests.
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of supervisory or management experience in a club, spa, or wellness setting.
- Degree in hospitality management, wellness, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are an asset.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Strong leadership, motivation, and team development capabilities.
- Creative problem solving and innovative thinking.
- Knowledge of hotel and spa software systems and operational efficiencies.
