Location context: The Red Sea destination will be a luxury beachside destination with developments including a resort on Shura Island, featuring a yacht marina, golf course, and multiple leisure facilities. The Six restaurant and lounge outlets, a marine discovery centre, Kids for All Seasons, spa, pools, and beaches are part of the planned facilities.

What You Will Do
  • Supervise the Front Desk team to ensure smooth and efficient guest check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Support the Front Office Manager in managing daily operations, scheduling, team development, and service standards.
  • Resolve guest concerns and requests promptly with genuine care and effective service recovery.
  • Ensure all guest preferences and special requests are accurately recorded and communicated across departments.
  • Oversee training and mentoring of Guest Services Agents and support team members in daily duties.
  • Assist in the development of front desk procedures and systems in preparation for the resort opening.
  • Collaborate closely with Housekeeping, Concierge, Guest Experience, and other departments to ensure a flawless guest journey.
  • Handle VIP arrivals and special occasions with personalized attention and elevated service.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction scores and contribute to strategies for continuous improvement.
What You Bring
  • Experience in a supervisory or leadership role at the Front Desk in a luxury hotel or resort environment.
  • A hands-on, guest-focused approach with strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Pre-opening experience is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Fluency in English & Arabic is required.
Knowledge And Skills
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Hospitality Management.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a 5-star hotel or resort Front Office department.
  • Strong working knowledge of hotel property management systems.
  • A proactive and adaptable attitude with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Excellent attention to detail and guest service standards.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in Arabic and English.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic, with strong reading, writing, and oral proficiency.
