Banoze Ltd is seeking experienced Assistant Garage Managers with strong industry knowledge and operational skills to support our expanding network in London.

Who We're Looking For:

An energetic and dependable professional with in-depth tyre industry knowledge, capable of assisting in daily garage operations, leading small teams, ensuring job quality, and providing excellent customer service.

You’ll work closely with the Garage Manager to ensure efficiency, profitability, and top-level service.

Requirements:

• +5 years UAE Driving License (mandatory)
• Minimum 3–5 years experience in tyre shop or garage assistant management
• Solid understanding of tyre types, brands, sizes, speed/load ratings, and UK vs UAE road differences
• Ability to assist in retail pricing, service upselling, and quotation preparation
• Practical exposure to stock management, ordering tyres, and vendor coordination
• Experience supervising technicians, tyre fitters, and daily workflows
• Good grasp of brake, battery, alignment, and suspension services
• Confident with customer-facing communication and issue resolution
• Familiar with POS systems, basic invoicing, and workshop reporting

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Garage Manager in running daily operations efficiently
• Supervise tyre fitting, mechanical repair jobs, and customer appointments
• Ensure accurate tyre fitting, torque specs, pressure settings, and product knowledge
• Assist in managing stock levels, incoming shipments, and order processing
• Monitor job quality and staff performance on the floor
• Handle customer service tasks – from walk-ins to appointment follow-ups
• Ensure the garage operates in line with UK compliance and safety protocols

Interviews will be conducted in Dubai

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)

Experience:

• Driving: 5 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• +5 years UAE driving license (Required)
• IELTS Band 5 or UKVI B1 English for Skilled Worker Visa (Required)
