Job Title: Garage Workshop Manager

Location: Ras Al Khor Industrial Area 1, Dubai – UAE

Salary: AED 2000 – 2500 per month

Job Description:

We are looking for a responsible and organized Garage Workshop Manager to oversee daily operations in our heavy vehicle garage. The candidate will be responsible for managing staff, coordinating workflow, monitoring vehicle repairs, and ensuring smooth operations in the workshop.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise mechanics, helpers, and foremen in the workshop.
• Allocate daily tasks and monitor work progress.
• Ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance.
• Maintain records of vehicles, spare parts, and daily operations.
• Coordinate with management for reporting and updates.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide service updates.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness in the workshop.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in garage/workshop management preferred.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and workshop operations.
• Good communication skills (English/Urdu/Hindi/Arabic will be a plus).
