Assistant Manager

Position Overview
The Assistant Manager supports the Restaurant General Manager in leading daily operations, driving profitability, delivering excellent guest service, and developing a strong team. This role oversees 15–30employees, including Shift Coordinators and Team Members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inventory and control costs.
  • Oversee cash handling and security procedures.
  • Ensure equipment and facility maintenance.
  • Lead, train, and coach team members to deliver fast, friendly, and accurate service.
  • Uphold operational and brand standards.
  • Support scheduling, staffing, and team development.
  • Experience in 24-hour drive-thru operations

Qualifications

  • Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or GED (some college preferred).
  • 1–2 years of quick service restaurant experience required; management experience preferred.
  • Strong leadership and guest service skills.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts as needed.
  • Valid ServSafe certification required.
