Job Description :-
- Contract Negotiation and Drafting: Lead the drafting and negotiation of contracts, ensuring terms are aligned with company objectives and legal standards.
- Contract Administration: Oversee contract execution, modifications, and compliance, ensuring all stakeholders adhere to agreed terms.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks in contract terms and propose appropriate mitigations to protect company interests.
- Vendor and Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and stakeholders to facilitate smooth contract execution.
- Dispute Resolution: Manage any disputes arising from contracts, working towards timely and amicable resolutions.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all contracts comply with relevant laws and regulations and maintain updated knowledge of industry standards.
- Software Proficiency: Contract Management Software, Microsoft Project
Key Requirements
- Experience: 15-20 years of experience in contract management within the real estate sector, specifically in residential projects.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a relevant field. Advanced degrees or certifications in contract management are a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in contract management and documentation systems.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead a team, manage cross-functional relationships, and drive projects to successful completion.
