Key Responsibilities

• Client Assistance: Greet clients and assist them with their needs, ensuring a positive salon experience.
• Shampooing and Conditioning: Wash and condition clients' hair as part of the preparation for styling services.
• Salon Maintenance: Keep the salon clean and organized, including washing towels, cleaning workstations, and restocking supplies.
• Assisting Stylists: Support hair stylists during services, such as holding tools, mixing hair color, and preparing products.
• Scheduling Appointments: Help manage the appointment book, ensuring that clients are scheduled efficiently and on time.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally.
• Cutting, washing, and styling hair for various hair types and textures.
• Consulting with clients to understand their desired hairstyles and providing professional advice.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work station, ensuring hygiene and safety standards are met.
• Recommending suitable hair care products and identifying any scalp conditions that may require medical attention.
