Ideal candidates should possess the following:
· Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a 4-
star hotel in the UAE or GCC
· Strong leadership and team management capabilities
· Excellent communication and command of English
· Sound knowledge of housekeeping systems, SOPs and quality standards
· Ability to work in shifts and perform effectively under operational
pressure
· Proven experience in preparing duty rosters, allocating tasks, and
training housekeeping staff
· Experience in managing outsourced housekeeping staff will be an added
advantage
· Ability to handle guest requests and complaints professionally and in a
timely manner
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
