Cleaning Operations Coordinator

We are looking for a Cleaning Operations Coordinator to join our team at Justmaid Cleaning Services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, handling client requests, and coordinating bookings efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and manage daily cleaning bookings in the system.
• Address and resolve client inquiries and requests professionally.
• Coordinate with drivers and cleaning teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate records and provide daily operational updates to management.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1-year experience in the cleaning services industry.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Proficiency in using booking systems and basic office software.
• Preference for candidates currently based in Dubai.

Note:
Applications without relevant experience in the cleaning services industry will not be considered.
