WE ARE HIRING – MAID SERVICE OPERATIONS MANAGER

Location: Dubai, UAE

Join our growing team and lead the operational excellence of our maid services division.

Position: Maid Service Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Oversee and manage the overall maid service operations across all locations.
✔ Develop and implement operational strategies to improve service quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
✔ Manage daily workforce planning, scheduling, and deployment of housekeeping staff.
✔ Monitor operational KPIs, productivity, attendance, and service performance.
✔ Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and UAE labor regulations.
✔ Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure effective resolution.
✔ Lead, train, and mentor supervisors, coordinators, and field staff.
✔ Prepare operational reports, budgets, forecasts, and performance analyses.
✔ Coordinate with HR, Recruitment, Sales, and Finance departments to support business objectives.
✔ Identify opportunities for process improvement and business growth.

Requirements:

✔ Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
✔ Minimum 5 years of experience in housekeeping, maid services, facilities management, or service operations.
✔ Minimum 2 years of managerial experience leading large teams.
✔ Strong leadership, planning, and decision-making skills.
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
✔ Strong knowledge of operational management and customer service practices.
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and reporting tools.
✔ Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
✔ UAE Driving License is an advantage.
