Key Responsibilities
- Assist the HR & Admin Manager in day-to-day operations.
- Handle employee records, attendance, and leave management.
- Coordinate recruitment activities and onboarding formalities.
- Support in payroll, statutory compliance, and HR documentation.
- Manage office administration, vendor coordination, and facility management.
- Prepare and maintain HR & admin-related reports.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth office operations.
Candidate Requirements
- Female candidates only.
- Local candidates from Hopes / Singanallur (Coimbatore) preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in HR & Admin.
- Proficiency in Tamil, English, Malayalam, Hindi, Kannada, and Telugu is mandatory.
- Must be available to join immediately.
