Assistant HR & Admin Manager

India

The HR & Admin Assistant Manager is a generalist role where you will be the face of the company to employees, managing HR functions and administration while ensuring smooth daily operations and a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the complete employee lifecycle – end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, HR documentation, and exit formalities
  • Handle attendance, leave management, reimbursements (e.g., petrol bills), and travel bookings for employees and management
  • Draft and implement HR policies, rules, and disciplinary measures
  • Assist the Director in employee coordination and task management
  • Prepare and draft contracts, agreements, and other official correspondence
  • Oversee office administration including stationery, courier, utility bills, housekeeping, and general supplies

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of Human Resources experience with strong administrative skills
  • Excellent communication and good negotiation skills
  • Strong team coordination abilities and the capacity to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Tech-savvy and detail-oriented, with the ability to maintain confidentiality

Industry - B2B FMCG

Location - Bangur Building, MG Road, Kolkata

Working Hours - Monday to Saturday (10am - 7pm)

Salary - Upto 3.6 LPA

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
