- Developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies to attract qualified candidates
- Overseeing the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and hiring decisions.
- Managing workforce planning efforts, ensuring that staffing levels align with company growth and project needs.
- Building a strong employer brand to attract top talent and improve employee retention.
- Implementing talent development initiatives, including training, mentorship, and career growth programs.
- Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Managing employee engagement and retention programs to foster a positive work environment.
- Resolve conflicts, handle grievances, and foster a positive work environment.
- Administer salary structures, bonuses, and employee benefits packages.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5*+years above of experience* in HR management, preferably in the service or retail sector.
- Strong understanding of Labour Law, payroll systems, and HR compliance.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and HR software tools.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
