Full job description

  • Developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies to attract qualified candidates
  • Overseeing the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and hiring decisions.
  • Managing workforce planning efforts, ensuring that staffing levels align with company growth and project needs.
  • Building a strong employer brand to attract top talent and improve employee retention.
  • Implementing talent development initiatives, including training, mentorship, and career growth programs.
  • Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Managing employee engagement and retention programs to foster a positive work environment.
  • Resolve conflicts, handle grievances, and foster a positive work environment.
  • Administer salary structures, bonuses, and employee benefits packages.

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5*+years above of experience* in HR management, preferably in the service or retail sector.
  • Strong understanding of Labour Law, payroll systems, and HR compliance.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR software tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
