Position - Assistant HR Manager

Location: Metoda GIDC, Rajkot

CTC: ₹ 5 – 7 LPA (As per profile)

Timing: 9:30 AM – 8:00 PM | Working Days: Thu–Tue

Gender Preference: Male

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment, Payroll, Legal Compliance (PF, Factory Act, ISO, etc.)

HR Policy Making, Training, KRA-KPI Implementation

Culture Development & Documentation

General Administration & Risk Management

Independent & proactive work style

Qualification: MBA (HR) / MSW

Experience: 5+ Years in HR with strong understanding of HR functions

Benefits: PL | SL | Bonus | HRA | LTA

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
