The Assistant HR Manager will manage recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, and HR operations to support organizational goals and foster a positive work environment. S/he will be reporting/ working under guidance of the HOD.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Source, interview, and onboard candidates.
  • Employee Engagement: Plan activities and address employee concerns.
  • HR Operations: Maintain records, manage payroll inputs, and ensure compliance.
  • Performance Management: Assist in appraisals and improvement plans.
  • Training: Identify and organize employee development programs.
  • Policy & Compliance: Draft and enforce HR policies in line with labor laws.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in HR Domain.
  • Skills: Strong communication, knowledge of labor laws.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
