We are looking for a proactive and organized Assistant HR Manager to support our Human Resources department in day-to-day operations. You will work closely with the HR Manager to ensure smooth recruitment, employee engagement, and compliance with HR policies. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes — job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation
- Support payroll processing and attendance management
- Handle employee queries, grievances, and disciplinary matters in a timely manner
- Coordinate training and development programs for staff
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company HR policies
- Assist in performance appraisal cycles and employee evaluations
- Draft HR letters, memos, offer letters, and internal communications
- Support the HR Manager in strategic HR planning and reporting
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in an HR role (HR Executive or similar)
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and HRIS tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
