Support daily HR operations, recruitment, and onboarding

→ Assist with job postings, scheduling interviews, shortlisting candidates, and completing new employee joining formalities (documents, orientation, ID cards, etc.).

Maintain employee records, attendance, and HRIS databases

→ Keep all employee data accurate and updated — including attendance logs, leaves, and digital HR systems (HRIS = Human Resource Information System).

Assist in policy implementation, performance appraisals, and employee engagement

→ Help roll out company HR policies, collect performance review forms, coordinate employee engagement programs (e.g., team activities, feedback surveys, recognition events).

Ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards

→ Make sure HR practices follow Pakistani labor laws (e.g., working hours, minimum wage, EOBI, gratuity) and internal company rules.

Prepare HR reports and analytics for management review

→ Compile monthly HR dashboards — headcount, attendance, turnover, recruitment updates — to support data-based decision-making by management.

Coordinate with other departments for smooth operations

→ Help connect HR with Admin, Accounts, or Field teams to solve daily issues, manage staff mobilization, or ensure proper communication flow.

Requirements

Education:

→ A Bachelor’s or Master’s in HR, Business Administration, or related fields ensures the candidate understands organizational structure, people management, and compliance basics.

Experience:

→ 1–2 years in HR (especially as an Assistant or Junior HR Manager) means the person already knows basic HR workflows and can handle responsibilities independently with minimal supervision.

Technical Proficiency:

→ Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and HRIS systems for data management, employee tracking, and reporting.

Soft Skills:

→ Communication and organizational skills are crucial for handling staff issues, maintaining discipline, and ensuring smooth coordination between HR and Operations.

Labor Law Knowledge:

→ Understanding Pakistan’s labor regulations helps ensure legal compliance and protects the company from HR-related disputes or penalties.
