Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support our Human Resources department in daily operations. The ideal candidate will assist in recruitment, employee records management, and administrative HR functions, ensuring smooth and efficient HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process (job postings, screening, interview coordination)
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Support onboarding and orientation of new hires
- Assist in attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
- Draft HR letters (offer letters, experience letters, warning letters, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
- Handle employee queries and provide HR-related support
- Support performance management and appraisal processes
- Assist in organizing training sessions and employee engagement activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or relevant field
- 0–1 year of experience (fresh candidates are encouraged to apply)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel & Word)
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Basic understanding of HR policies and practices

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
