About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Assistant HR Manager to support our HR operations across multiple hospitality units. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in the hospitality industry, excellent people management skills, and the ability to handle fast-paced operational HR functions.

Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Staffing

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for hotel/restaurant operations.
  • Source and hire talent for front office, F&B, housekeeping, kitchen, and support departments.
  • Coordinate interviews, onboarding, documentation, and induction.

2. Employee Relations

  • Act as the first point of contact for employee concerns.
  • Maintain a positive and motivating work environment.
  • Resolve grievances and manage disciplinary actions as per company policy.

3. Training & Development

  • Coordinate training programs for service excellence, grooming, compliance, and functional skills.
  • Track training attendance and ensure performance improvements.

4. HR Operations

  • Maintain employee records, HRIS updates, and compliance documents.
  • Support payroll processing, attendance, and leave management.
  • Assist in preparing HR reports and analytics.

5. Performance Management

  • Support appraisal cycles and employee evaluation processes.
  • Ensure KPIs/KRAs are communicated, monitored, and reviewed.

6. Compliance & Policies

  • Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, gratuity, POSH, etc.).
  • Implement HR policies and SOPs consistently across departments.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or MBA in HR or related field.
  • 2–5 years of HR experience in the hospitality industry (hotels/restaurants/resorts).
  • Strong understanding of hospitality operations and manpower needs.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Hands-on experience with HRMS tools, MS Office, and recruitment platforms.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, operational environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
