Assistant Human Resources Officer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process, including job postings, interviews, and orientation.
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.
  • Assist in developing HR policies, procedures, and training programs.
  • Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary matters professionally.
  • Coordinate payroll processing, attendance management, and benefits administration.
  • Support management in performance evaluations and staff development initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of HR experience (preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR management software.
