Assistant IT

Overview
Responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting computer hardware to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and maintain desktops, laptops, and printers
• Diagnose and fix hardware issues (RAM, HDD/SSD, motherboard, etc.)
• Perform upgrades and replacements
• Set up basic network devices (routers, switches, cabling)
• Manage peripherals (scanners, biometric devices, POS)
• Maintain hardware inventory and coordinate with vendors
• Assist with OS, drivers, and basic software installation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in IT or Computer Hardware
• Strong knowledge of hardware and basic networking
• Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and PC repair

Preferred Skills

• LAN setup and troubleshooting
• CCTV and biometric systems knowledge
